1. Go to Start –> Search and type regedit
2. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\Sidebar\\Settings
3. Right Click on the correct pan of the registry editor and Create A New DWORD(of 32 Bit Value). Name it “AllowElevatedProcess” and ordered its continuance as “1″.
